- Meet individual and team sales targets with commission incentives.
Skills & Requirements
- Bilingual Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- Natural salesperson Outgoing, motivated by success, and comfortable making calls.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- New grads or experienced sales/customer service candidates welcome.
- Must obtain Illinois insurance licenses—training and support provided.
