The difference between everyone else and Marilyn Morales at this state farm office is that she already had a policy drafted that was personalized to the best of her ability which just so happened to be spot on. I asked her questions to confirm coverage amounts and optional additions and she answered everything thoroughly and already had what I was looking to include at a rate that was much more affordable than what I was quoted through USAA or even progressive. I have a unique situation I was trying to work through regarding the insurance and she made it SO easy to get what I needed done. Had I spoken to her earlier I would have saved myself the time of multiple calls and online quoting (which bordered on insanity with what I was getting quoted).
