"Overall I'm pleased with the level of service I received. Ms. Melendez was very helpful, and provided all necessary information. My only critique, I was expecting an ask if I needed any other services like renters. I felt a little rushed. We were able to add it at the end, so no real issue. I will say this, I have had insurance with just about all of the other major insurance Co. over a span of years. This will be my first time going with State Farm manly due to costs.
